Bar and Beverage Services

As a full service caterer, you can let us handle all of the details to make your event a success. However, each of our services is priced a la carte, so you won’t get roped into “package pricing” and paying for services that you will not use.

Our delicious Restaurant Quality Cuisine is custom crafted for your event and cooked onsite at your venue or home. This assures fantastic food and a unique flavor for your special occasion. We create our dishes using only fresh and high quality ingredients and take pride in our culinary artistry. You won’t find the tired, traditional banquet food on our menus; you and your guests deserve better.

In addition to food, we are fully licensed to offer professional Bar & Beverage Services, including full liquor bar catering, bartenders, signature drinks and wine pairings. Our beverage manager has many years in the bar and beverage business and is able to offer his expertise in mixology, spirits, wine and the essence of great service.

China, Glassware and Flatware is usually required for an event and you don’t have to go elsewhere. There’s no need to coordinate anything with a rental company or worry about the number of wine glasses to order for your event. We take care of those details and make it stress free for you. Since we utilize a number of high quality rental companies four our china and glassware, we have numerous styles, patterns and types available. We’ll work with you to find the right one for your occasion.

We provide full service and our Service Staff is top notch. We only hire the best in the business and believe clean and presentable are two attributes that are imperative. The service staff will leave a lasting impression with the client and their guests. We assure you that it will be a good impression. Our servers are dressed in long sleeve logo black button up shirts, black tie and pants, which is usually considered “bistro style.”

Rentals and Linens - we can help you with tables, chairs, lounge furniture, linens of just about any style or color. If you’ve seen it in a magazine, we can get it for you.
